This teacher says to his students that he will never remember what grade you got when you leave his class. But, he said he will remember the kindness that certain students showed to other students.

He gives two examples of children that were alone or loners and two students taking the time to go out of their way to sit & talk with them to help make them feel like they weren't alone.

I wish all teachers cared this much.

Our system gets so caught up in the smartest students, the best athletes, the most popular kids and they seem to garner the most attention and favoritism.

It's the quiet students, the loners, the awkward ones, the ones who don’t have friends that need attention and help in my opinion.

Well done sir. Bravo. 👏 I wish more teachers had your mindset.

There is hope yet for our educational system.
