Following a 15:10 national 5km record in Nijmegen (18 Apr) World Student Games & European U23 steeplechase champion Ilona Mononen ran a 31:38 10km PB in Turku on Friday (24).
Along with Alisa Vainio & a healthy Nathalie Blomqvist, Finnish distance running looks promising. 🇫🇮
