@krishnabgowda Remove all the shops which are on the footpath. how can somebody open a shop just like that anywhere? Is this basically a fish market or their own corridor? That they can do whatever they want and the police are taking hafta from them but not doing anything to remove them....

@krishnabgowda There should be a rule and a law to seize the driving licence and the vehicle for any people who are violating the law. The taxi driver, the auto drivers, everybody. They have to be told in the language they understand.

@krishnabgowda The corruption at the BBMP, BDA are the major reasons for all these issues with the roads. They give a job of ₹100 to a contractor, pocket ₹70, and only ₹30 goes to the job. How can we expect better roads, better infrastructure?

@krishnabgowda In other countries, people walk on the footpath and vehicles are on the streets. Here, people, two-wheeler, four-wheeler, rickshaw, auto, cow, dog, truck, bus, tailor, all are on the same lane ... Are the traffic cops so inefficient that they cannot bring a simple discipline?

@krishnabgowda 8. A strict large amount of penalty should be levied, not Rs 100 or Rs 200. It should be Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000. Otherwise, just seize the vehicle, especially seize the two wheelers, which are the biggest problem on the roads.

6. Service road traffic discipline: nobody bothers about that. Half of the service roads are covered by the trucks and buses.
7. Discipline at the traffic signals. Nobody bothers about that.

@krishnabgowda As a daily commuter, the problems that I find on the roads are:
1. Lane discipline
2. The merging from the service road to the main road
3. The cops are busy in collecting chalans rather than bringing discipline to the traffic
4. Much time lost even after the signal becomes green
