@NHAI_Official Is this what we get after paying toll as a service? Just after a 30 mins drive post Ballachera TollPlaza and ~27 kms ahead of Haflong. All the lanes of both the sides (4) are jammed and blocked by all the loaded trucks. There is no more right and wrong side! HELP!!

Parcel picked up from Delhi on 26 Feb via Delhivery Express for Agartala. Paid extra for express delivery but as of 13 March it is still stuck somewhere in Assam with no update.

Please resolve urgently.
