@myntra This is hilarious! @myntra case manager called & said sorry can not compensate for this ordeal! Why waste time of both the parties if there was no resolution to my rubbish and pathetic experience. You guys are beyond my imagination - fake advertisement & consumer exploitation!
@myntra I understand all these are just marketing strategies, I got a good discount on that product and now after refund, customers will choose to buy the same product at higher price. I don't think I am buying anything again from you, thanks for this first memorable experience though!
@myntra Assisting in 24 to 48 hours will be of no use. The pickup will be done and refund initiate. At least correct your own mistake first by sending the product that was ordered. Return and exchange should be the customers call, why the support agent raised it I have no idea! Rubbish!
@myntra By the time you will assist, the delivery partner will pickup the item for refund. Please cancel the return first, I want the correct item. I have DM you but I know this is all a time-buying technique! Not very hopeful with you guys after such a rubbish support experience!
