Ordered medicines worth ₹776 from @Tata1mg, but the delivery guy asked extra ₹80 citing “price inflated.” I already paid online! He refused to deliver.
What if someone urgently needed those meds?

Worst part — their “Help” section has no real support or contact option. No way to talk to a human and explain the issue.

The order was cancelled, and refund initiated. This isn’t the first time it happened. Earlier too, I was forced to pay extra. It’s totally unethical to change prices after payment and then refuse delivery.
