It was such a peaceful movement, feel so sad that it had to take a violent turn. My heart goes out to the students and their families who were hurt. Paper leak is a very serious issue, and I am glad to know n see that the kids of our country have come together for a better educational system, and their parents supported them.

I truly appreciate the stand they have taken, showing dedication, sincerity, and keenness to study hard n make their future and a greater, educated India. This andolan, this protest, is the right way to go abt it, n the students have done this peacefully. So courageous and brave. Driven and motivated towards education, this generation will make India proud.

This issue is between the students and the educational system, it should not be hijacked politically, the credit should only go to the students of our country, and I am sure the government will also give them all the support n make it a stronger educational system. It’s a win-win situation. Hoping n praying for a positive decision. God bless all of you who wanna be educated.

Education should be the next trend and fashion, and should get trendier n more fashionable yr by yr, itna k bahar se log come to India to study and India becomes an educational hub.

Indian Captain Ajay Pant Appears Before UK Court, Lawyer Says "He Was Only Following Orders!

London, June 16, 2026.

Indian national Ajay Pant, the captain of the Russian #shadowfleet tanker SMYRTOS, appeared before Southampton Magistrates' Court via video link on Tuesday. He was produced before the court from Bournemouth Police Station for a preliminary hearing.

During the hearing, Ajay Pant confirmed his name, date of birth, and residence in India. At this stage, he did not enter any plea.

Representing Pant, lawyer James Diamond requested that the case be sent to the Crown Court. He stated that his client was acting as the master of the vessel and was only following orders.

The court has referred the matter to the Crown Court for further proceedings. Captain Ajay Pant has been charged in connection with the alleged violation of UK sanctions imposed on Russia. He has been remanded in custody pending further hearings.

The case is being closely watched by India and the international maritime community, as it is considered one of the rare instances of such action being taken against an Indian ship captain. The next hearing in the matter has been scheduled for July 16, 2026.

अन्नामलै ने इस महीने तमिलनाडु में हुई 3-4 यौन हिंसा की घटनाओं में संलिप्त लोगों को ‘नॉर्थ इंडियन’ कहते हुए अपने ट्वीट में सात बार बताया है कि ‘नॉर्थ इंडियन’ ऐसा कर रहे हैं।

NCRB के आँकड़ों के अनुसार, तमिलनाडु में हर दिन औसतन 30 रेप/यौन हिंसा की घटनाएँ होती हैं। यानी जून में 450 घटनाएँ घटित हुई होंगी, इस वर्ष 5,000, और अन्ना को नॉर्थ इंडियन्स को घेरना है। बाकी के हर रेप में तमिल व्यक्ति ही संलिप्त होगा, उसका तो डेटा रखते होंगे तुम लोग?

अन्नामलै चाहते तो बिहार-यूपी-झारखंड-बंगाल या जिस भी राज्य के थे, वैसे लिख सकते थे। उन्होंने चुना ‘नॉर्थ इंडियन’ क्योंकि यही शब्द वहाँ की निम्नस्तरीय राजनीति के लिए चलन में है।

अपराध हर जगह होते हैं, हर राज्य का व्यक्ति करता है। कहीं कम, कहीं अधिक। हाँ, अपनी नई राजनीति को मेनस्ट्रीम करने के लिए अन्नामलै किसी दिन हाथ में टिन का डब्बा और काला पेंट ले कर ‘हिन्थी’ साइनबोर्ड को काला करने सड़क पर दिख जाएँ, तो हमें आश्चर्य नहीं होगा।

इसे ही हम ‘हिन्दू हृदय सम्राट’ से ले कर पता नहीं क्या-क्या बना रहे थे। ‘नॉर्थ इंडिया’ में इसकी लोकप्रियता आज भी है, पर यह अधम श्रेणी का कार्य है।
