I bought a 9 Kg Front Load Washing Machine just 3 days ago and problems started just after installation. Their service is engineers both are pathetic.
Unable to understand the problem.

I am still could not get it installed my Jio Fibre till now i.e. 10th May 2026.
this is the kind of Customer service.
@JioCare I DONT WANT AIR FIBRE,, ALSO NOT FEASIBLE HERE....
Please kindly look into the matter and make a robust system that your customer can not be harrassed by field operatives.
Kindly return my amount so that i can get Jio Optical Fibre installed

@JioCare He said that i will cancel your order and you will get refund, i have not received any update of cancellation, when i will get refund,, dont you feel its gross negligence, serious lack of customer service, airfirbre guys are still calling me regularly,, how can i update that(3)
@JioCare He debited my voucher, its ok, Installation could not be done that day due to late evening, its ok, enginner visited very late around 2:30 Pm, next day 09th May 2026,
he tested the site but airfiber was not feasible, its ok, but why he debited my voucher before checking. (2)

I wanted Optical Fiber but somehow Airfiber engineer visited me and assured me for installation same day i.e. 08th May 2026.

Service persons are unable to learn what is fault and they are guess checking.
