@Delta once again on my flight back from New Delhi to Detroit, my baby’s stroller is delayed. This happened on Feb 6 as well when we travelled from Detroit to Delhi.
It was gate checked.
I got the stroller yesterday but few parts are missing from it. Pls look into the matter.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My checked bag from Delhi to Detroit (Mar 29) arrived severely damaged. To make things worse, my baby’s gate-checked stroller is delayed again. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this.

To make it worse, my stroller arrived 4 days later, and instead of delivering it, they asked me to collect it 15 km away. Fix your baggage handling—this is unacceptable! #VirginAtlantic #TravelFail #ParentsDeserveBetter

@VirginAtlantic, On Feb 5th, London to Delhi flight, your staff mistagged gate-checked strollers. I was travelling with infant and arriving at Delhi, waited at gate for 30 mins, only to find out it was left at London.
