@airindia Booked AI385 business class (KUL–DEL, Jun 22), checked online early, got boarding pass but at baggage drop was told: aircraft changed, downgraded to premium economy. Truth? Flight overbooked, high-paying late bookers kept in biz, early ones pushed down.
@airindia,Discrepancy in Maharaja Points for my Business Class travel under same PNR (8CL26G). DEL–LHR earned 15,294 points while LHR–DEL earned only 6,686 points despite both being Business Class. Requesting Air India to kindly review and rectify the accrual. FR No. 302786916

@airindia Sir u must understand that I have no documents from Tata AIG, all I have is a proof of payment to air India and reflection of same in my ticket , so its upto u to get it sorted as u have collected the payment
@airindia@TATAAIGIndia, Booked Delhi–Seoul ticket via Air India app. Travel insurance from Tata AIG . Payment taken, receipt reflects insurance, but NO policy issued. Now both teams are playing ping-pong—Air India says contact Tata AIG, Tata says “looking into it.” PNR: 8FQEEL
@airindia Thx for reiterating you advice, it's eye opener that air India can no control over its third party vendors, next time will careful in not availing the services
@LtGenHooda Our heads hang in shame at such policemen. Escort convoys rush past even ambulances. We thought this VIP culture would fade, but it only grows stronger. The DGP may sympathize, but nothing changes on the ground — that’s our tragedy in Punjab.

@airindia I don’t seek any redressal from Air India. My previous experience showed it’s a fixed match between customer care, nodal officer, the appellate authority. As a concerned citizen, my only intent now is to sensitise fellow passengers about the ill treatment meted out by the airline.

This is why the 1st World progresses systems work. In the 3rd World, people suffer in silence.
Shame on what Air India has become. Don’t take over a national carrier if you can’t uphold its dignity.
Today, bonus-hungry CEOs are eroding a legacy built over decades.
Complaints? Pointless. Air India’s customer care, nodal officers, appellate bodies all act like a wall. No response, no accountability.
