Dear @Eureka_ForbesIN , your technicians may not be adequately trained in the technical aspects of servicing, but they certainly seem well trained in misleading customers. 1 rep visited on 03/02/2026 merely to book my AMC, yet this was marked as a "service visit" in your records.

@Eureka_ForbesIN The technician came to book the AMC ON 03/02/2026.That is marked as a service visit. Thereater he came to change the filter under AMC on 06/02/26. Took my phone and marked 2 services on the same date.he insisted that I hand over the phone because ' i will not know what to do '
