A marine park in Canada was closing down, they planned to donate 30 beluga whales to Chinese marine parks, but this effort was blocked by the Canadian government.

Now, the 30 beluga whales will be euthanized due to the park's closure.

Beluga whales are very intelligent, they are one of only 10 animals other than human to have pass the self-recognition mirror test.

So what about releasing the beluga whales?

The problem is, they were raised in captivity, releasing them into the wild carries an extremely high risk of slow and miserable deaths, because they lack the necessary survival skills.

So the best bet is for the Canadian government to stop being a spiteful clowns and allow the donation process to go through.

Coldrif, banned on Oct 2, was found to contain diethylene glycol nearly 500 times above the safe limit.

Pihak Berkuasa Tinjau Isu Pembinaan Rumah Ibadat di Tapak Masjid Baharu Dengkil - Pihak Yang Didakwa Menceroboh Mahu Tanah Baru

DENGKIL, 11 April 2025 — Pihak polis dan Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor (JAIS) telah mengunjungi tapak pembinaan masjid baharu di Kampung Dengkil baru-baru ini susulan dakwaan pencerobohan oleh individu yang mendirikan rumah ibadat persendirian serta kandang lembu di kawasan berkenaan.

Raman Ganggatharam, 49, individu yang didakwa menceroboh tanah tersebut, memaklumkan bahawa beliau dan keluarganya telah menetap di lokasi itu selama 25 tahun dan menjalankan aktiviti penternakan lembu serta kambing sebagai sumber rezeki.

Beliau turut mendakwa tidak mengetahui bahawa tapak tersebut telah diperuntukkan untuk pembinaan sebuah masjid baharu dan menyatakan kesediaan untuk berpindah sekiranya pihak berkuasa memberikan tanah gantian bagi meneruskan aktiviti penternakan mereka.

Sementara itu, Ketua Kampung Dengkil, Al Rasyid Ab Rani, menegaskan bahawa isu ini tidak wajar dilihat dari sudut perkauman, sebaliknya melibatkan pendudukan haram di atas tanah wakaf yang telah dikenal pasti untuk kegunaan umat Islam.

Beliau turut menggesa JAIS dan pihak berkuasa lain supaya bertindak segera dan mempercepatkan proses pembinaan masjid yang dirancang.

Turut hadir di lokasi adalah wakil Polis Sepang, JAIS, Pejabat Tanah dan Daerah Sepang, serta Pengerusi Tetap MIC Sepang, Datuk V. Gunalan.

Hasil lawatan akan dijadikan asas untuk tindakan lanjut oleh pihak berkaitan. - MYNEWSHUB
