@jacobc_eth @KatJagodzinski Synapse have put our funds to different different banks, we don’t know what exactly happened with our money. Evolve said they have provided banking services and card, they don’t know anything other than that, synapse is brokerage firm they have invested our money.

@jacobc_eth @KatJagodzinski I spoke with customer support , they told me it is not with evolve bank, i argued about routing number and account number and told is it evolves, but they said the partnership is revoked and funds are not with evolve, please get in touch with synapse

@JunoFinanceHQ What is the update in the situation? I am trying to get in touch with the support team. No response. Transactions are frozen, I am unable to access fund. I called evolve, they said funds are not with them, they can’t help, synapse can’t help @FDICgov @getevolved1925 @sankaet

CFPB
OCC
Federal Reserve
Arkansas State Banking Commission (Evolve)
California Department of Finance & AG
BBB

I think Evolve is the main player here. They are regulators, they must pay for our money as Juno partner is Evolve.

@mikulaja I raised a complaints on Consumer Finance Board Protection, and FDIC, none of them able to help.

I am a student and can’t buy groceries or pay fees, I need access to my account.

I don’t care what their dispute is, first give us our money and later it can be decided.

@cgfx @JunoFinanceHQ Did you get anything from them? Even my money is locked can’t buy groceries. I am thinking if there are any petitions that we can sign or somehow we can reach Judge McWilliams who is looking after this case. Nor synapse and evolve will answer
