Frustrated with @DTDCIndia. I even asked if I could pick it up myself, no answer. I’m leaving for the USA on Jan 10th. If I don’t receive it before then, will DTDC take responsibility to deliver it internationally? This level of service is unacceptable. Please respond ASAP.
