@Sparkles8863442 @brandubh4 How about some extra context? People loosing the shit about u9 games is comical. Probably zero clue about football at this level. At this age group it’s important kids are playing football. If a coach leaves any child on the sidelines, shame on them boy or girl!

@brandubh4 At u8 or u9 I’ve often had mixed teams.
Girls usually play down a year to make for the physical difference. If the boys were playing up I wouldn’t see an issue. I think further context is needed here. Maybe the girls team was short a couple of players and boys stepped into help.
