We did it! 3 sites, over 3000 vaccines in 7 days - 1 church, 1 health centre at weekend, 1 health centre this week. 11 practices (3 PCNs) to any site. Amazing diversity, an incredible team effort. Sharing staff as well as patients. Uplift by 20% in doses at no notice this week 🙌
