🔸 Kazakhstan-U.S. Cooperation Discussed

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tileuberdi received U.S. Ambassador to Kazakhstan Julie Stufft.

The two sides discussed key items on the bilateral agenda and ways to further strengthen the Enhanced Strategic Partnership.

Particular attention was paid to the upcoming participation of the Head of State in the G20 Summit in Miami, as well as preparations for the substantive agenda of forthcoming high-level engagements.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continued close cooperation across the full range of bilateral issues.

Насколько мне известно, Казахстан до известных атак на Оренбургский ГПЗ по такой же, толлинговой, схеме перерабатывал свой газ в России

Более того, сын бывшего заместителя Руководителя Администрации Президента Казахстана Владимира Школьника некоторое время владел Орским НПЗ

Известно также, что казахский нефтяной принц ранее восседал в совете директоров ПАО "Газпром" в качестве независимого директора свыше 10 лет

Астана сохраняет интерес в транзите российских углеводородов через нашу территорию на рынки Китая и Центральной Азии, в равной степени как и Москва предоставляет возможности для экспорта казахской нефти в Европу по трубопроводу КТК

По всей видимости, наши северные соседи предложили АО "Конденсат" 🇰🇿, о котором идё�� речь, выгодную сделку по давальческим операциям с российским сырьем

Нестабильная ситуация на их заправках, казалось бы, открывает широкие перспективы для наращивания новых направлений сотрудничества в плане насыщения соседнего рынка необходимыми нефтепродуктами

Однако в Акорде заинтересованы прежде всего в обеспечении внутренних потребностей в топливе и обеспечении национальной энергетической безопасности, учитывая высокую чувствительность населения к динамике на рынке ГСМ

Премьер-Министр Казахстана уже дал соответствующие поручения ответственным госорганам

К тому же АО "Конденсат" никогда не входил в "большую тройку" нефтехимии Казахстана и обл��дает скромными мощностями для переработки сырья

Думаю, у наших украинских коллег нет никаких оснований для переживаний в связи с возможной деятельностью частного мини-НПЗ на российском топливном рынке
