@gonoise The pro 6 max just physically broke apart even as I was wearing it, and that too within 7 weeks. This is where the strap pin fits on the bottom side (where it is on my wrist), so no chance of me having hit it somewhere. Is this wat customers should expect? @timesofindia

@gonoise I bought the pro 6 max on Jan 17, and y'day the strap pin popped out even as I was wearing it. When I tried to fix it I see that the body of the watch has broken, and I can't possibly fix the pin in ever again!!!

What am I supposed to do now with this watch?
