There are safety protocols set in place to actually provide assistance in time of need and then there's @rapidobikeapp service which is there only for optics.
The ridiculousness of the situation is almost amusing now where no one calls back from their dedicated safety number.

@AJIOLife will really do everything not to pick up a return request. From cancelling the return requests themselves, twice! To calling and offering me a cashback if I chose to keep the product. Been over 2 weeks and my order #FNxxxxxx2809 hasn't been picked up yet.
