@teslaenergy I am going to file a formal complaint if I do not get any action completed by Tuesday. I have tried to get my Backup Gateway 2 moved since my HOA doesn’t allow it to be installed in a location visible to the public.

It has been over 90 days to get a HIA

@Tesla, why is your solar department so challenging to deal with. You do not follow HOA guidelines and then are impossible to get in touch with about resolutions.

@Verizon Stole $160 from me and going to switch to @TMobile because there support only wants to give me a credit back for $40 because I didn't notice they overcharged me until they auto debited my account 3 weeks later. So tired of the terrible experience with Verizon lately.
