@chriscfore We have spring/summer 🏈 in Ontario (Canada). Prob ~40 organizations running 150-odd teams among age groups.

League began during a work-to-rule by HS teachers/coaches in late 90s.

Landscape different to begin w/ but this drastically affects a lot of aspects of 🏈 here.

@coach_whitaker And - Canada - so we have 4 teacher-coaches and all teach 4 of 6.

I have 3 periods for student success but we all teach (and have zero dollar budgets).

@coach_whitaker This is my 3rd time doing it - granted Canada - something we did this Spring 1st time ever in our area - Girl’s Tackle. Our seniors coach it, & now the “other half” of students is becoming part of our culture, it’s something they have REALLY bought into….10% of F pop is in pads
