@JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the handling of this issue. JioFiber service in My Area.The MyJio app clearly shows "Fiber Service Impacted" and my router has been blinking red continuously. Multiple JioFiber users in the area are facing the same outage.
Despite reporting the issue, I have not received any clear update, technician visit, or estimated restoration time. Now I am being told to recharge first before any support can be provided.
