Singham chairs the International Advisory Board of Tricontinental, which includes Indian director Vijay Prashad. Prashad is the nephew of CPI(M) Politburo member Brinda Karat and has publicly celebrated protests led by SFI’s Aishe Ghosh, AISA's Neha Bora and CJP's Dipke. In photos below he is even seen in Sri Lanka as part of the Red-Green alliance. We all know what happened there. Prashad describes himself as an actor.
