@rahul78kumar6 @kaiyannatso2 @etihad @EtihadHelp @etihad is a fraud and the biggest scam of all airlines out there. they literally overbook, dont offer any compensation in return, not even refund my tickets, and their online help is a joke. i am dragging them to the courts

@etihad still no resolution. all i am being told is that i have to wait (possibly indefinitely) to hear back on my complaint that i filed. this is getting ridiculous. first, the admin at the ticketing counter who told me i will get an email regarding refund. which i haven't got

@etihad i took the next available indigo flight, and i was told i will get my refund. why do you guys have to make it so difficult? cant you see i was denied boarding? isn't there a simple feature to flag that in your systems?
