@Leoniqet also coming back to this, wtf are you talking about?? the entire point of the tweet I replied to is based on the assertion that people WOULDN'T be able to understand something simple which is my point of contention in the first place????
@ReeeeeeeMane are you this desperate to share opinions with someone? it's a typo buddy πhow can you criticize reading skills and then say that makes sense at all in the context of the sentence
@CriticaIity1 right but that's a different claim than the idea that pronouns are inherently political and that anyone who isn't 'initiated' would see them as incomprehensible. i'd actually argue that having pronouns in the context of a nametag would make that scenario almost impossible
@CriticaIity1@Devon_AG@ApollonianGerm the reason i drew issue with the initial response in the first place is the blanket statement that 'writing pronouns is not common sense for most people' which is just a ridiculous claim to make in my eyes lmao; i get what the post is trying to say but it's proposed awfully
@Devon_AG@ApollonianGerm none of those are the same thing as "incomprehensible graffiti" which, if we're assuming people are able to recognize as having politicial ties, clearly can't be the case
