@houglande So clearly you need some space from it. Iβve been there. Taking short staycations always helps me to get some time to figure out what I want to re-focus myself on to feel energized again.
@houglande Do both. Take some PTO now and plan to do good and rejuvenating things for yourself and then spend time thinking about your next move. There are no points for suffering.
@pitchdesign Yikes! What a terrible waste of time. I always advocate for showing quality over quantity! Sounds like it might not be a great place to work anyway!
@pitchdesign Many hit a point where they are ready for the stability of FT and at least from my per view the wide variety of experience one brings from freelancing and ability to be flexible are positives. Thereβs gotta be others out there who feel the same!
@pitchdesign IMO I think former freelancers have far more work ethic than some folks who have always been FT. My only concern in hiring freelancers to be FT is that they might get bored, but Iβve yet to see that be a problem.
