@usernamewstook my coworker used to be on keto for numerous years and lost a ton of weight.. as soon as she randomly went off the diet she gained sooo much weight very quickly.. so clearly it does help a lot with weight loss

@masoneclark i’m in this same exact boat, mom fought cancer so hard for 2 years and it suddenly went downhill in a matter of days.. HEAVY on the hold ur loved ones close! i miss my mom so much and ik you do too. FUCK CANCER.
