Still the issue was not resolved, no message no calls who gave you permission to close the incident and same kind of problems accure to other passengers.

I want justice. Either no. of lattha shown on the packet must be provided inside the packet or kindly remove the single penny of the lattha if not possible to provide in the packet by the company as pe advertisement.
