ALERT: 2 people who were tragically killed by the NYC subway were identified as longtime friends and recent college graduates.

Malaika Chitre and Navam Kaul, both 24 and from New Jersey, were close friends who had recently graduated from Rutgers University in 2024.

Kaul allegedly fell or walked onto the tracks, prompting Chitre to go down and try to help him.
