У жителей Новосибирской области массово изымают скот и уничтожают его. Местным жителям чиновники ничего не говорят — только ссылаются на некую особо опасную болезнь. Доведенные до отчаяния, некоторые даже начали самостоятельно забивать свой скот, чтобы не отдавать его на сожжение чиновникам.

🪧 Многие активно протестуют — местная полиция штрафует участников акций, а местная власть пытается их запугать. В соцсетях некоторые сравнивают происходящее с коллективизацией и раскулачиванием 30-х годов.

📶 Попытки властей заблокировать телеграм во многом напоминают блокировки западных радиостанций во времена СССР

Тогда советское руководство, с одной стороны, стремилось ограничить проникновение западной информации и культуры, а с другой — ослабляло собственную систему вещания и пропаганды.

🗓 В 1958 году ЦК провело расследование: оказалось, что до 85 процентов коротковолновых приемников находились в европейской части СССР, там, где, как отмечали чиновники, «слушать было нечего, кроме вражеского радио». Более того, к концу 1950-х годов на территории СССР можно было услышать около шестидесяти иностранных радиостанций. Советскому руководству приходилось использовать систему «глушения».

Затраты на «глушение» были колоссальными: «сотни миллионов рублей», по словам чиновников ЦК. Эта сумма превышала расходы СССР на внутреннее и международное вещание, вместе взятые.
