Ordered Boat Rockers 330 Pro Bluetooth neckband from @amazonIN. It stopped working exactly after 12 days of delivery, conveniently right after the replacement period was over. Tried to get a replacement by using @RockWithboAt's 1 year warranty program.

@boAtSupport1 It's not allowing me to register. I've already tried to register complaint multiple times, but every time I try to submit request, it simply gives me address of service centres all around Bangalore, asking me to visit the service center. Fix the bugs on your portal pls. 🤣

Also, FYI to anyone who's thinking of buying @RockWithboAt Rockerz 330 Pro neckband, just DON'T. They're NOT AT ALL sweat-proof and the IPX5 rating is totally fake. Took these earphones to the gym for just one day, and they stopped working! 🤣

I was scammed by this app. Tried to do a bank transfer from Jupiter on 11th June 2022, which failed, and money was deducted. It has been 17 days since, and the money hasn't reverted back to me.
