@sainsburys @Google Thank you for your response- does this apply to exchanges too? The whole point of my complaint is that someone has spent £25 - a really generous gift considering the current climate on something my son cannot use. He doesn’t want a refund- just an swap for something he can use?

Dreadful service @sainsburys today. My 12yo was given an @Google voucher for his birthday bought in your store. He doesn’t use googleplay so we brought the receipt in and asked to exchange it for Microsoft/Xbox. Store manager refuses - says we must contact google. Really?!

@Groupon_UK I bought an ironing board but the delivery from @Hermesparcels contained patio chairs. The box had 2 labels on so I think a woman in Felixstowe is wondering where her chairs are. Your automatic ‘help’ online directs me to Hermes but theirs directs to you. Please help

24 yrs ago today I walked into @HMP_Dartmoor on a temp contract to answer the switchboard! What an amazing 24 yrs filled with the most brave and inspirational ppl you could imagine. Tough times for anyone working in prisons atm, but I am so proud to be part of what we are doing.
