@virginmedia Yes please. I'd like the promised technician to go and fix the overheating router. I'm spending too much time on WhatsApp messages with bots and no results so far

I'm so unimpressed by @virginmedia
Their broadband service doesn't give what it promises, v their customer service is slow and inefficient. Their promised technician doesn't turn up at all
