Purchased a mystery holiday from @wowcher - absolutely dreadful customer service from Weekender Breaks. Draw happened 2 months ago and still have no holiday booked - keep changing the destination. Got told 4 weeks ago that I’d have a call back from a supervisor!!

@virginmedia Yes. They’re the ones who offered a 4 day extensions. Advised I could pay Thursday but absolutely no earlier. Said they’d extend till Monday. No help whatsoever!

@StagecoachMCSL think some of your drivers might need retraining and reminding that they’re actually meant to give cyclists space on the road! Damage to a bike, helmet, clothes and that’s not even including the potential damage to an already reconstructed ACL! 😡😡
