An incredibly busy foot clinic starts with a team brief in the morning.

All vascular patients (24 today) have had their images reviewed pre-clinic allowing more time for patient discussion.

Despite all this prep and organisation, we still finished at 3pm today! Just high demand and complexity.

…but this is what it takes for a harmonised team to achieve a 42% amputation reduction in just over 5 years.
