A mentee told me something funny about his salary recently.
He got a raise and was very happy. His salary went from ₦250,000 to ₦400,000. He called me that evening and said, "Finally, things will be easier now."
A few months later, I asked him how things were going, he laughed. He said, "Honestly, I don’t even know where the money is going."
I asked him what changed.
He moved to a
A woman has just given birth.
Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.
This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.
That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.
So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.
It should be there.
As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.
Ask questions. Know what is available.
Prepare before the emergency comes.
RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message.

Just talk. You’ll be surprised how much you actually have to say.
Before tech became competitive, putting in low effort still yielded results. This is evident from people who started during the 2020-2023 pandemic. Now you have to build in public carry your work on your head and start broadcasting. Me wey be introvert 🥲
Let's do something different, today.
No 5 or 20 posts in a day.
Instead, let's rewire our timeline & get the algorithm to send the right people our way.
One thing I've learned from LinkedIn is -
If the right people aren't seeing you, then you're probably not in the right rooms.
Are you down to reply your way to your next client???
When it comes to love, I hate the "I can never" people.
- I can never do this for a man
- I can never do this for a woman
- You go dey love man? God forbid
- You dey love woman? I rather die
- No man deserves this from me
- No woman deserves this from me
Do you even realize it is not one random man/woman you are talking about? It is your partner. Using man/woman to disguise intent does not change the fact it is your own partner you are talking about. They have a name and you call them "babe" and sleep with them.
Before confusing yourself, thinking you're confusing people, next time use your partner's name. If your partner is Emeka/Sandra, say:
"I can never do this for Emeka. I rather chew jeans."
"I can never do this for Sandra."
It has more meaning when you personalize it. The whole point of relationship is to love and to cherish. Many of you are already going into it to fight, run agenda, punish them for the offence of other people and hoard your money.
