@MercedesUKTeam Yes and they were totally unhelpful! Never have we had a car that has had to have the tyres replaced after 11,500 miles!

@MercedesUKTeam You've had a fault on the GLC that cause the front wheels to judder. You've known about this since 2016 but didn't tell us when we bought ours in March 2018. After returning to the garage the fault was rectified but you wouldn't replace the bald tyres! Appalling

@BensonsForBeds you want my 88yr old Mum to get an independent technician to examine her faulty mattress which is still under guarantee to check it hasn't been misused. She lives alone goes to bed goes to sleep then gets up! And we turn it regularly for her !!!!
