@IRCTCofficial Hello Railway, I have one question, if we booked tickets and it's in waitlist (not CNF) and tickets cancelled by irctc then why is the irctc charge cancellation charge ? ( As per my understanding, the cancellation charge is applicable when the customer cancels )
