How can this breach happen post verification of documents from the VI Postpaid team? Now they are forcing us to visit the VI Store & activate the plan again. Can @ViCustomerCare@VodafoneGroup explain that is this the way to register a new simcard and harass customers?
Bought VI postpaid SimCard in Mid December. Now that i have started using it today, VI customer executive said that the SimCard had been suspended and their records show 2 accounts associated with the same SimCard. Can @ViCustomerCare explain how this data breach happened?
