Extremely pathetic after-sales service from @PhilipsIndia@PhilipsCare. My Philips HTL8162 soundbar top glass broke & your service center refused repair even when I agreed to PAY. Complaint #260119204927 was auto-closed without resolution. Your staff said spare not available &

@Philips@philipsindia@ConsumerAffairs@jagograhakjago Upper glass is broker other things are working normally but they are refusing to change the glass They told this is not available how this is possible as per government guidelines a company should have spareparts of the product if they are selling it.
@philipsindia Till date it has been almost month since my first complain and yet i have not received any Reponse from the concern team if you update me about the status or I can scrap it and buy new one from other company totally frustrated taking followup's.

If spare parts are not available, then WHY are you still selling this product?
@philipsindia I have Talked with the person that you have given the contact he told me that he has emailed long time in the Head office But he have not received any revert from the head office About the dispatch of the Body of The sound bar.
promised update in 10 days, but no call, no response. Is this how you support customers? Selling products without spare parts availability is unacceptable. Please resolve urgently or I will escalate this to consumer forum @PhilipsSoundIN
