@deepigoyal @deepigoyal A few days ago Zomato randomly disable coke and diet coke from our menu stating that item marked as service can only have 5% GST. It already had 5% GST only. So wrong error message being shown.

@deepigoyal @deepigoyal When we confronted the team they asked us to provide the MRP of the item. The MRP of a 300 ml diet coke is Rs. 40. We are a small cloud kitchen who doesn't get bulk discounts from the big dealeres, so we buy at MRP. Zomato charges 35% commission on this (Thread 3/n)

@deepigoyal @deepigoyal So essentially if we want to sell cold drinks with our food, we have to sell them at a loss. Our restaurant is selling Diet Coke at Rs. 55 which is the lowest amongst all big ticket restaurants listed on Zomato. However, no action taken on them. (Thread 4/N)
