The page explains:
• Who may qualify for R-1 classification
• How employers file Form I-129
• What evidence may be required
• How R-1 extensions work
• When USCIS, the Department of State, or CBP should be contacted about a case

R-1 status may be granted for up to 30 months initially, with extensions up to a total maximum stay of 5 years.
