@airindia Air India Hospitality is awesome. Being a Maharaja club member, right from Checkin to Boarding gate to in-flight experience all great. The aircraft was old one making lot noise during take off and landing. Food was good was not fresh. Arrival experience too was good

It's 18.48 now. IndiGo 6E 6554 STD 19.10, ETD 19.20. Displaying as on time, just about less than 30 min for departure, no staff at the boarding gates.@IndiGo6E

@IndiGo6E Thanks, Twinkle — but there’s zero IndiGo staff at the airport till the boarding started. Today it is the same scenario at Delhi, Lucknow, Chennai airports where my colleagues are waiting. “Operational reasons” don’t explain the lack of communication. Provide real-time support.

Chaos at Ahmedabad Airport. IndiGo 6E 6794 (22:45) and several other IndiGo flights are indefinitely delayed.
It’s 1:35 AM — wrong timings on screens, zero staff, zero updates. Elderly passengers and kids stranded.
Shocking mismanagement.

@airindia Stop giving copy-paste responses. Your ground staff were utterly useless—no support, no updates, just complete chaos. Passengers were abandoned to sort it out themselves. Own the failure, @airindia. This is disgraceful
