Sir, with all due respect this experience is/has been pathetic.
I had a vande bharat train from NDLS to Varanasi scheduled to depart on 25.12.2025 at 3 PM, finally left at 2 AM on 26.12.2025 with arrival showing at 26.12.205 8 AM.

6. My plans have been jeopardised + had to pay over 13k for the already booked rooms at Varanasi for 25.12.2025, who will compensate?

7. Paid for mangala aarti tickets, who will compensate?

8. My 3 days trip cut short to 1.5 days & maybe 1 day only, who will compensate?
