@TELUSsupport Need to notify you of need to cancel our security coverage when we move in early May. I believe I’ll need to do this over the phone, for privacy reasons, but can’t get through to you on the phone.

Lost Boy Found is a memoir written by a friend of mine. The story shockingly reveals important messages for parents or anyone caring for children, with respect to child abuse and trauma. See interview videos via this link. Book can be bought on Amazon. https://t.co/MhPXHiCKD5

@meaganpari Simple...classic rock. ‘Nuff said! 😊. Am I showing my age?

Every time I go on vacation, I am reminded about how fortunate I am in my life. I also wish everyone else on vacation would realize that vacation can’t “make” you happy. Bring your own love and happiness with you, and it will multiply. ❤️

[Rick Van Hemmen @rvhammer777]

@MCvet09 @Carol_Foote Wow. I didn’t even know there were six different colours...is it too late to restart my temporary addiction? 😳😊

One of my wife’s and my favourite places to go for a walk. Dogs love it too!

Saw snow plows last weekend...almost reached our street...excited that we’d finally get our street plowed for the first time this winter! But no...didn’t happen. I then prayed it would happen this week...did I inadvertently invite this extra snow today?🙁

What’s really cool for me, is that my early retirement trajectory carries a fairly high probability that my wife and I will move to the Niagara region next year. I could be perfectly positioned in 2021!!!

[2019 Canada Games @2019CanadaGames]

We’ve passed the flag to the Niagara @2021CanadaGames, the next host of the @CanadaGames. We can’t wait to see what you do, and we’ll be cheering all the way!

[Rick Van Hemmen @rvhammer777]

I’d like to say I’m already over it...but...it would still be awesome to get that NWT polar bear set! 🤗 I still have a good tradeable or two...just sayin’. @ineedpins #ineedpins #CWG2019

[The Pin People 🇨🇦 @ineedpins]

@CityofRedDeer @2019CanadaGames Thank You Red Deer!

To Note: Your pin trading withdrawal symptoms should clear up in 6 to 10 days! Or...maybe not! 😎

[Rick Van Hemmen @rvhammer777]

Thank you to all the @NOVAChemicals employees who volunteered @2019CanadaGames , and/or helped at our booth at Celebration Plaza. I very much appreciated your time, energy, professionalism and smiles. You’re all role models of our culture in this community!

[Rick Van Hemmen @rvhammer777]

@NOVAChemicals @2019CanadaGames I’ll jump in and correct the small typo. It was 3.5 km (kilometres) of electrical cable. 😊
