Dear ASUS India Team,
I submitted my laptop (FX506HF) to an ASUS Authorized Service Center for repairs.
Today, I received an official email from ASUS stating that the repair has been completed and the device is ready for collection. The same status is also reflected on the ASUS repair tracking portal (screenshot attached).
However, to my surprise, the Authorized Service Center has separately emailed me a quotation for motherboard replacement.
How can the repair be marked as "completed and ready for collection" by ASUS while the service center is simultaneously asking for approval/payment for a major component replacement?
Could you please clarify this discrepancy ?

And that’s exactly why people are excited about Vaibhav Suryavanshi.
Nobody is denying his talent. He’s taken on quality bowlers and played fearless cricket.
But belting bowlers in the IPL and facing elite international attacks consistently in Tests and ODIs are two very different things.
At 16, Sachin Tendulkar wasn’t facing one overseas quick for 4 overs on a flat T20 pitch. He was facing full spells from world-class attacks (Imran khan, waqar younis, wasim akram etc to name a few) in international cricket, across formats, countries and conditions.
Vaibhav has shown extraordinary promise. Sachin proved it over decades.
Let’s allow the kid to build his legacy before using him to diminish someone who already built the greatest one.
The irony is that people keep calling Modi a failure, yet he remains the benchmark every opposition leader measures themselves against. A 'failed' leader doesn't win three national elections, become one of the world's most popular elected leaders, and dominate political discourse for over a decade. Disagree with his policies if you want, but rewriting electoral reality won't make your argument stronger
By that logic, many IAS officers, economists and corporate CEOs should be PMs instead of politicians.
The fact remains: Narendra Modi went from a grassroots political worker to becoming PM three times with the largest electoral mandates in independent India. That's called public acceptance, not a para drop.
As for the leaders in the photo, all of them have spent years attacking Modi personally, yet voters repeatedly gave him a stronger mandate nationally while their own parties struggled outside their home states.
Democracy judges leaders at the ballot box, not on X. The scorecard there is quite clear.
I undrrstand the CPM leadership is deeply worried abt these investigations that hv restarted aftr the HC lifted its stay.
But all the drama and violence against law enforcement officers doing their duty will not change this fact - those who were corrupt will not escape the long arm of law anymore.
Instead of violence and drama, CPM and @pinarayivijayan shd answer why did Veena Vijayans Exalogic company receive money? for what purpose?
Cong and @vdsatheesan shd make clear their stand on political corruption.
We hv made it clear from the beginning - @BJP4Keralam political agenda is corruption-free governance in Keralam. Only then can people get the development that is their birthright

Bro ED cases don’t disappear overnight. Many investigations continue for years because they involve financial trails, courts, evidence and due process. Opposition parties conveniently shout “vendetta” during raids, but become silent when courts uphold investigations.
Also, if BJP truly controlled everything, then why were BJP leaders and allies also questioned or investigated in multiple cases across states?
The real issue is that Indian politics has normalized corruption for decades. The moment action begins, every accused leader suddenly claims to be a “victim of democracy.”
Joining BJP does not erase court records, FIRs or legal proceedings. But opposition propaganda tries to create the illusion that every investigation is fake and every accused politician is innocent.
People wanted action against corruption for years. Now when agencies act, the same people complain because powerful politicians are uncomfortable.
