Some of the references in the latest HB report are from Adani-Watch portal, linked to Soros, contributed by 🤡 like Ravi Nair.

You will find OCCRP (another Soros funded org) will publish a follow-up report, will be picked up by Gandhi & oppsn.

Adani matter went upto SC who granted them clean chit. The group's stocks are already recovered from sentiment loss. HB will make their clients loose money this time over short selling.

The #Hindenburg report is clearly an attempt to get the Indian markets to tank at any cost. What exactly a short seller gains from!

While the screenshots and letters/emails appear as proof or strong evidence, the Hindenburg report actually lack substance and has a silly allegation that the SEBI was unwilling to act on its previous report on the Adani Group because SEBI Chairperson Ms Buch and her husband Dhaval Buch had investments in offshore funds that allegedly linked with the Adani.

Yes - the documents shared establish that Ms Buch's husband - Dhaval Buch invested in offshore funds in 2015; Ms Buch became SEBI Chairperson in 2022.

And that too investments worth less than $872K for a couple that were worth $10 million by the same report's admission! They were at the top of the corporate ladder and were in Singapore for long. Someone who has earned there is likely to invest aboard. They dont even seem to have made money at the time of redemption. People are questioning as to why they did not buy Adani shares here! Another silly point.

Does this lead to a conclusion there there exists a link between the Adani and Buch couple? Outrageous - There are false tweets saying Ms Buch's daughter is married to Adani's son when she has no daughter! .

This report has been published just to divert attention from scrutiny of Hindenburg themselves and their short trade.... the report calls the SEBI show cause to them as "apparent show cause notice". Their earlier report had no impact on the markets after the initial fall... Supreme Court found nothing wrong in the previous allegation in 2023. Hence, another attempt to make money while shorting!

This latest stab by Hindenburg to drag in the SEBI Chairperson in the Adani controversy is a desperate effort to bring India markets down and create uncertainty, doubt and panic amongst its investors – both domestic and foreign.

The link to defame REITs is another attempt to hit us where it hurts. REIT/InvITs have been a different asset class on the global model and the interest is just picking up. This kind of malicious attempts/reports should not be allowed to create distraught in the Indian stock market, which has been one of the best-performing markets in the world over the last 10 years (prove me wrong with facts) and is likely to remain in the future.
