This might be a controversial thing to say and I want to preface it by saying that I do firmly believe Jaekyung has mistreated and harmed Dan during sex; HOWEVER, I wanted to point out that for a long time, Dan also wasn’t letting himself enjoy sex because of his trauma. He hated that Jaekyung was making him feel good. He was disgusted with himself that he was enjoying what they were doing and this chapter wasn’t just Dan admitting to Jaekyung that he liked having sex together, but it was also him admitting it to himself. He’s accepted he likes sex and that’s growth in itself

I don’t think people realize that Jinx isn’t meant to be a healthy love story. Kyungdan will get to a healthy place but they’re codependent. Happier together than they are apart. It just happens to be true and I just happen to think it’s fucking sweet. #jinxmanhwa

Such a difference between Jae courting Dan and Heesung courting Dan. They both tried swaying him with gifts in their own way. Heesung didn’t care that Dan didn’t want gifts. Jae changed his way of showing affection by giving Dan experiences instead. It’s an interesting contrast.
