This is pathetic and most disgusting ,I purchased ASUS VivoBook i7 laptop by Rs 60000 with SSD for better reliability The product Has gone dead in 9 days ,just 2 days of return window.

When I called customer care and wanted to talk to senior ,they put the call on hold for more than 30 mins but no one attended the call ,this happened for 2 days .My only requirement is I want this product To be replaced or refunded I cannot take risk of using repaired product

@ASUSIndia Dear ASUS’s purchased Vivobook S14 laptop from flipkart, delivered on 2nd June and gone dead on 9th.Visited service centre they kept the laptop and said minimum 7 days for repair and no data backup will be available. Now au cannot trust ASUS and use the laptop.

When I demanded to declare DOA , it was informed that 7 days is the window and after that it will be repaired . so a brand new laptop will be repaired and returned.When the brand new laptop knocked off in 9 days how to trust repaired laptop.
