.My Walmart Thanksgiving Day order (#2000142-48555320) was supposed to be delivered the same day by 10 PM. I waited the entire day, then at 9:30 PM I was told it would be delayed by 2 days. After twoday i.e today it was suddenly canceled altogether. Tried all channels no luck

@walmarthelp I have encountered with Walmart. The repeated delays, lack of communication, and ultimately the cancellation—despite the item being in stock—have caused significant inconvenience.

@walmarthelp options were not available online. After waiting almost two hours on the phone, no viable solution was provided. By the time the call ended, the item at the nearby store was also sold out.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and is by far the worst service

Today, I received yet another message—this time saying that the order was canceled altogether. I immediately contacted customer service because the same item was showing as available at a nearby Walmart store, but pickup or shipping
